Planning Commission

The Planning Commission advises the City Council on land use and development issues such as the General Plan and specific plans, zoning, use permits, and subdivision regulations. The City Council is the final decision-making body for General Plan Amendments, changes in General Plan designations, changes in zoning designations, Planned Development Permits, and Tentative Maps.
Meetings are held every first and third Wednesday of each month, 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. Click here for the Planning Commission Agendas and Minutes .
