The multi-use room, with its maple wood floor, is the perfect site for wedding receptions, business meetings, and other gatherings. The room seats 130 people or can be divided into two rooms. For larger events, an additional 50 people can be seated in the adjoining courtyard, at an additional cost. The natural park setting in the hills makes a stunning backdrop to any event.

Multi-Purpose Room Rates:

Commercial & Private: $80.00/hour

Non-Profit: $53.00/hour

Poolside Patio: $30.00/hour
(Note: rented in conjunction with multi-use room only)

Rental Deposit (refundable): $200.00

Alcohol Use Fee (non-refundable): $100.00
(Note: Additional deposits may apply depending on
event type – to be determined by Rental Coordinator)

Security: $50.00/hour

Note: Depending on availability.
