    Recommendation:  Provide comments and direction to staff on the proposed Economic Development Incentive Package
  1. WORK SESSION ON MEASURE "U" IMPLEMENTATION

    Recommendation:
  1. Provide comments and direction to staff on the Measure "U" implementation policies contained in the attached resolution, and direct staff to return the policies with any changes for action by the City Council at the September 14, 1999 City Council meeting; and
  2. Provide direction regarding the appointment of a City Council subcommittee to work with developers and property owners on the possible renegotiation of existing development agreements.
